• Audubon Center at Debs Park: This urban nature center is popular for its beautiful canopy of coast live oak, toyon, and black walnut. Aside from walking, bird watching is another common activity in the area. 
• California Botanic Garden: Check out the Alluvial Gardens, which is also the biggest botanic garden housing native plans in California. It is a living museum with more than 22,000 plants. 
• Chavez Ravine Arboretum: If you want to have a picnic in the city and be surrounded by healthy trees, this is a good place to visit. Some of the trees you can find here are tipu, jacaranda, cypress, and acacia.
• West Hollywood: While the area is more popular for its trendy nightlife, it is also a popular destination for tree lovers. It is known for its jacaranda trees. In full bloom, they make the streets more colorful and picturesque. Despite being a beautiful tree, a lot of residents hate jacarandas because they are messy. Their flowers are sticky, making them difficult to clean off the streets.
